This Central of New Jersey "Madison" passenger car 4-pack was manufactured by Lionel in 1999. The cars are illuminated (except for the baggage car) and roll on die-cast trucks. The set features:
All apsects of the condition of these cars are "factory fresh" (i.e. "Mint", "brand new") except for the wheels that show the slighted hint of use in the form of light wheel marks. They are too good to call "Like New", but the wheel marks prevent a grade of "Mint". The car comes in individual orange & blue Lionel boxes, within a set box. The condition of the outer 4-pack box is Excellent with a few scuffs, nicks and a small tear (shown in photo). The "inner" individual passenger car boxes are Mint/Factor Fresh.
