This pair of Reading MU (Multiple Unit) Commuter Cars was manufactured by Lionel in 2000. It features a powered and dummy unit. The powered unit carries the road number "9109", while the dummy (non-powered) unit is "9110". The pair will run on regular "O" gauge track and features illuminated interiors, passenger silhouettes in the windows, separate metal chains at both ends, die-cast trucks, die-cast Electro-couplers, metal wheels and axles, directional headlights in both units, Railsounds, Crew Talk & TowerCom and stamped metal pantographs (that can be wired to supply power to the units). The powered unit features two powerful maintenance-free motors, remote forward-neutral-reverse operation via Command Control. This pair is in absolutely "factory fresh" condition (i.e. "Mint", "brand new", "never been on the tracks or displayed")! They were issued in an orange & blue Lionel box with the units secured in a styrofoam "casket" with inter-locking lid. The box is also in Mint condition. All of the associated paperwork, including the multi-page operator's manual, come with the units.
